Dispatch Method

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to UK mainland addresses unless otherwise stated at checkout.

A tracking reference will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Timeframes

Due to increased order volumes, same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

Orders are typically dispatched within one (1) working day of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that dispatch time refers to when an order leaves our facility and does not constitute a delivery guarantee.

Delivery Estimates

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day following dispatch; however, this is a target service and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to seasonal demand, weather conditions, industrial action, and courier network disruptions.

Apidem Peptides cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

We cannot accept liability for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information.
Orders returned to us for this reason may incur additional reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe following dispatch, please contact us and we will assist in liaising with Royal Mail using the provided tracking information.

Claims for lost parcels must be raised within seven (7) calendar days of the expected delivery date.
