1. Nature of Products & Cooling-Off Period
All products sold by Apidem Peptides are classified as time-sensitive research materials. As such, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Accordingly, all orders are considered final once dispatched, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Circumstances Where Returns or Refunds May Be Considered
Due to strict quality control and handling requirements, returns or refunds will only be considered where:
An item arrives damaged
An incorrect product has been supplied
The item received is materially different from the product description published on our website
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
All issues must be reported within three (3) calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe will not be reviewed.
3. Conditions for Approval
To be eligible for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Valid proof of purchase is provided
Written authorisation is obtained from Apidem Peptides prior to returning any item
Returns received without prior approval will be refused.
Once an authorised return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
4. Items Not Eligible for Refund
Returns or refunds will not be issued for:
Products that have been opened, used, or compromised after delivery
Requests resulting from ordering errors, change of mind, or price differences
Items returned outside the stated notification period
Orders affected by failed delivery due to customer-supplied address errors
5. Shipping & Handling
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Where a return is authorised, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the issue is confirmed to be the result of our error.
